Lock your bedroom door….and other parenting habits you should have

I suppose you’ve probably read your share of parenting books.

Maybe you feel like they all sound the same.

Well, I’ve got some ideas that you might find refreshing. Thoughts like:

Lock your bedroom door as often as possible

Make peace with Clutter

Get Down and Dirty….often

Learn when to break the rules

Parenting is really just a journey of learning good habits. It’s not about reaching perfection, or raising showcase kids or Division 1 athletes. It’s about sludging through the mess of life with some good habits in hopes of raising children who will someday become adults that you are glad to know and proud to call your kids. These 11 habits are ones that my husband and I have not totally mastered and probably will still be working on when our kids come visit us in the nursing home.

I want to give you this gift of a free ebook. I know that you will find it helpful in your parenting journey.  Just fill out the form to the right of this post and get started reading.

Please note: the ebook will be sent to you in the second email after you sign up.

I still need to get a kindle for all these great fitness and wellness and (just plain fun novels) coming out in ebook formats. When I do, I’ll be back!
