Help your athlete develop mental toughness

Does your young athlete struggle with the mental side of sports? Does he listen to the voices of negativity that weaken his performance?

Over and over I’ve seen my own kids struggle with self-doubt, discouragement, lack of confidence, and the debilitating I-suck attitude that literally sucks the determination out of any athlete’s heart and mind.

Sure, you try to build your child up, but let’s be honest. Sometimes we can encourage until we are blue in the face and it just doesn’t seem to do any good. Yet when someone else comes along and tries to help, they listen.

Meet Someone Else

I’d like to introduce you to a “someone else” that could literally change the way your athlete plays sports. His name is Craig Sigl and he runs the Mental Toughness Academy. Craig wants to help kids get rid of their fears and build their confidence–so nothing holds them back in life.

“All of my athletic life, I’ve been the smallest on the team…the underdog,” says Craig. “As a sophomore in high school, I was only 5 feet tall! I eventually learned that with a strong mental game you can win, even when you’re overmatched.”

Craig has worked with athletes one-on-one for over 8 years and knows the issues they face, what they fear, and what stresses them. He knows how to talk with them so they  are open to listen and learn.

Wanting to help kids transform their lives, he spent over a year taking the best of his tools and techniques and putting them into a video program designed specifically for kids.

Craig’s training videos are geared towards athletes ages 12-18 to do on their own. But parents can watch and work through the videos with younger kids as well. Craig tells of one parent who was doing this with his 6-year-old for soccer.

Welcome to the Mental Toughness Academy

Craig took his years of one-on-one experience and developed the Mental Toughness Academy which teaches athletes critical techniques and tools to improve their game in an exclusive membership site.

He feels this one-of-a-kind training could be one of the most important investments you ever made in your teen’s life because they learn how to:

  • master emotions
  • overcome fear
  • adopt a “never give up” attitude
  • become unstoppable in sports and life!

Craig says, “Finally the first step by step roadmap for your teen’s success–100% guaranteed.” And just by checking out Mental Toughness Academy today, you will receive for free: video training on how to perform under pressure and the ebook called 10 Commandments for a great sports parent.

Athletic Shoes or Mental Toughness?

Sports parents know that youth sports costs money. Think of all the things you’ve paid for in the past year alone so your child could play sports. Sports equipment, travel tournaments, individual coaching–you know the list.

Shoot, good athletic shoes alone can cost over $100!

For less than that, the Mental Toughness Academy training could be one of the most important investments you make in your child’s life.

Craig’s bottom line promise? Your kids will have more fun, more confidence and a better outlook! And he is so convinced that his training works that he offers a one-year money-back guarantee.

“Remember,” Craig says, “You have a relatively short time to influence your kids, don’t waste it!”

  1. It’s so difficult to keep attitudes positive!

  2. The sports psychology is very important and needs to considered by everyone. Mental toughness provide you better confidence and makes you rise again on every fall. Many players have suffered because of they were psychologically not that much strong, but when they became strong their confidence and game was also improved.
