There’s a lot of good parenting advice available.
But I think there’s one thing that often gets overlooked; it’s something we all could stand to do a little more of–Let’s do a little more dancing.
Dancing is good for the spirit. You can’t dance and be despondent.
Dancing is good for the mind. You can’t dance and be worried about all your troubles.
Dancing is good for the the family–what a great way to have fun together!
Dancing is good for the body. Duh.
It might even be good for your child’s sports team. Imagine their surprise if, at one practice, their coach turned up the music and let them all dance for a few minutes!
